here, in North Cotabato and Tacurong City Friday, police authorities said.

No. 2 in the PNP drug watch list, and his clients Roldan Bacolod, Mary Millan,
Rosemarie Bacolod and Charina Austrias, all residents of Barangay Avancenia,
Koronadal City.

TANTANGAN, South Cotabato -- Backyard ducks in Barangay Dumadalig here survived a wayward bread delivery truck Tuesday amid heavy down pour.The truck (licensed plate LFU-180), driven by Jover Repolio, 25 of Davao City, went out of lane and smashed a roadside duck-yard owned by Benjamin Rodolfo at about 4 p.m.Repolio and hishelpers, Joshua Hagupit, 19 and Gilbert Espino, all of Davao City, escaped unhurt.Rodolfo said no one in his two dozen ducks was hurt.Repolio said the van was heading to Tacurong City to deliver bread when its front rear went off the lane and he could no longer control it
