Ombudsman finds probable cause to file falsification charges vs N. Cotabato exec, 5 gov’t employees

KIDAPAWAN CITY -The Ombudsman in Mindanao has found probable cause to file two counts of falsification charges against the vice-mayor of Makilala town in North Cotabato and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Makilala local government unit (LGU). The issue stemmed from a complaint filed by a certain Rodillin Estrella against Makilala vice-mayor Ricky Cua BAC chairman engineer Roel Caoagdan municipal budget officer Mario Ranis administrative officer Edwin Arellano local assessment operations officer Pio Abonado, Jr. local treasury operations officer Giovanni Ignacio.

Maguindanao’s high risk inmate moved to Camp Bagong Diwa

Abner Wahab Santos, police chief of Marawi City, who was killed on October 17,

police documents showed.

COTABATO – A man wanted by law in two South Cotabato town was arrested by police
agents in Purok Maligaya, Barangay New Dumanggas here on Saturday.

Senior
Inspector Timothy Arciso, chief of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group
(CIDG) South Cotabato director, identified the suspect as Jose Hablador, alias
Nonoy, 45 of Sitio San Blas, Barangay Liwanay, Banga, South Cotabato.

Arciso said
Hablador was the most wanted person in Banga and Surallah, both in South
Cotabato.
