What really caused Cotabato City total blackout?

COTABATO CITY --A rotten wood
cross-arm of a transmission tower at the outskirts of Cotabato City triggered total
blackout in the franchise area of Cotabato Light and Power Company (Cotabato
Light), the distribution utility said.

of Cotabato Light communications office said the power went out at 8:37 p.m.
Tuesday and was restored at 9:57 p.m. or more than an hour and a half.

Suspect in Esperanza bombing arrested

ESPERANZA, Sultan Kudarat --- The police is now in custody of one of three men who attacked with fragmentation grenades an open-field carnival in Sultan Kudarat’s Esperanza town, killing a six-year-old child and hurting more than 30 others.
