Maguindanao – As if in movies, heavily armed men on board a cargo
truck and about 10 motorbike with the rebels brandishing high powered guns,
Moro rebels showed up at the police station here only to find two cops on duty.
There was no
plan to seize the police or forcibly grab their firearms. They only wanted one gun.
About 50 Moro
Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) guerillas, led by Datu Solaiman Dimatuntay,
arrived at the police station at past 10 a.m. and found only two cops on duty.
