COTABATO CITY - A supposedly peaceful basketball game among three friends in a makeshift roadside court on Saturday night turned bloody when unidentified men shot them with pistols, hurting all of them.

The Cotabato City Police Precint 1, in a report to city police director Col. Querubin Manalang, Jr. and Brig. Gen. Allan Nobleza, director of the Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, said that Magtanggol Bandon, Saidamen Bangon and a playmate, initially identified only as Johan for being a minor, were hurt in the attack.

The overall residential rate of Cotabato Light & Power Company (Cotabato Light) is higher by 0.22 centavo, or equivalent to 2.8%, from P8.15 last October to P8.37 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) this November. The increase is attributed to higher generation rates from the power sources. This rate applies to bills received from November 16 to December 15, 2023.

With this, Cotabato Light encourages customers to manage their energy consumption and use electricity wisely.

COTABATO CITY - The Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Group 12 (TOG 12) “Air Warriors” of Central Mindanao, the PAF Civic-Military Operations Group with Tactical Operations Squadron Rajah Buayan (TOSRB) in partnership with and the Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines (SSCSP) Cotabato chapter had conducted an outreach program that will revive reading habits among students.
