MANILA – Persons who exhibit symptoms of the coronavirus or are close contacts of infected individuals should get tested to protect their families and co-workers, Interior Secretary Eduardo Año said.

Año said getting a swab test is the best option than costly hospitalization or even death.

COTABATO CITY - KUMPARA sa 446 cases noong Sabado, bahagyang tumaas sa 587 cases kahapon Linggo ang panibagong kaso ng coronavirus disease sa Soccsksargen Region.

Batay sa tala ng Department of Health, nanguna ang South Cotabato na may 306 cases kung saan 125 dito ay mula sa Koronadal, sinundan ito ng Sultan Kudarat na may 136 new ifections, North Cotabato 95 at Gensan 50.

Dahil dito, umaabot na sa 46,290 ang total coronavirus infections sa Rehiyon simula noong nakaraang taon. Gumaling naman ang 393 pang mga pasyente kayat ang total recoveries ay abot na sa 38,373.
