PhilHealth Express starts serving P-PALMA

NIDSAYAP, North Cotabato  - “No family should be left behind or neglected of proper medical attention simply because they do not have insurance. No family should be deprived simply because they cannot afford to pay the premium cost.”

These were the words of Midsayap Administrative Officer, Jesus Escondida, Jr representing Mayor Romeo D. Araña said during the launching of PhilHealth Express in Midsayap.

Escondida said it is their municipality’s commitment to ensure that those who cannot afford healthcare are provided with through PhilHealth.

1.2K Kidapaweños benefit from ‘ResBUSkuna’ initiative

KIDAPAWAN CITY – At least 1,200 qualified residents here benefited from the weekend “ResBUSkuna” mobile vaccination initiative for the A4 priority group that included walk-in clients and government employees.

Mayor Joseph Evangelista said Monday that the program, aptly dubbed “ResBUSkuna,” utilized the mobile vaccination bus stationed at the town center along the Davao-Cotabato national road from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

3 more Koronadal businesses shut over health protocol violations

KORONADAL CITY – The city government has temporarily closed down three more business establishments for failing to comply with the health and safety protocols against coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Mayor Eliordo Ogena said on Friday the erring establishments were found by the local government’s composite inspection team to have continuously violated the minimum public health standards despite previous warnings.

He did not name the three businesses but said two of them are KTV or karaoke bars while the other is a recreation place.
