TUPI, South Cotabato - Vice Mayor Floro Gandam and four others survived a fatal highway accident Thursday afternoon along the national highway here, Radyo Bida Koronadal reported in a flash report.The incident transpired at 2 p.m. along the Koronadal-Gen. started hunting unscrupulous private contractors who failed to perform the task

ARMM regional government has already filed at least three
